Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://myhappyplacedaycarewa.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.

Services. My Happy Place Daycare provides Infant Care, Toddler Care, Home Daycare, Early Childhood Education, Child Development Programs and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://myhappyplacedaycarewa.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of My Happy Place Daycare or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.

Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

No Warranties. My Happy Place Daycare disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Cap on Damages. Liability of My Happy Place Daycare arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold My Happy Place Daycare harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Law and Venue. WA law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in WA.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
